If you complete the business profile or contact us through WhatsApp or email, you may provide your company, location, business type, sourcing route, contact details, product requirements, and other information included in your message.
Business profile before WhatsApp
The business-profile answers are processed in your browser to prepare a structured WhatsApp introduction. They are not stored by this website or sent to Welfull before you choose to continue and send the message through WhatsApp.
How it may be used
Enquiry information may be used to respond to your request, discuss product and supply options, prepare preliminary commercial information, assess potential business cooperation, and maintain records of the communication.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own terms and privacy policies. If advertising or analytics measurement is enabled, limited technical information such as campaign source, device type, and button interactions may be processed by the relevant service providers.
